5 Low Bite Finds 9/10/20

Updated: Oct 13, 2020

With all of the plans on iTrackBites, we know that point values differ from plan to plan. Last week what I shared I wasn’t able to include point values for each plan. However, for this week I was able to access calculators for all plans to give you the point values for these awesome finds!

Some links may be affiliate links. I may get paid if you buy something or take an action after clicking one of these

1. Garden Lites Spinach Egg White Frittatas

My first find for this week is the Garden Lites Spinach Egg White Frittatas. Before I go any further these are 5 points each on Better Balance and Sugar Smart. I know, that’s not exactly the lowest in points but what I will say is that they are very filling and you could add it to a low point wrap or enjoy this with some spinach of extra veggies for a very easy breakfast! They are only 70 calories per serving and taste amazing. I found them at Target, but I loved them so much I bought them in bulk from Amazon.

Point Values:

Better Balance:5

Sugar Smart:2

Carb Conscious: 2

Conquer Cravings: 2

Calorie Command: 70 calories

2. Orca Bay Veggie Salmon Burgers

I always have such a difficult time finding a low calorie, low point burger. I love salmon and veggies so these give me the best of both worlds. Low in calories and low in points, you can’t go wrong.

Point Values:

Better Balance: 3

Sugar Smart: 3

Carb Conscious: 3

Conquer Cravings: 3

Calorie Command: 120 calories

3. Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas

Another amazingly versatile tortilla. I love wraps and tortillas, and very much dislike sacrificing a high number of points or calories to enjoy one. I love these for lunch or making a burrito for our families weekly Mexican night. Mission also has a larger tortilla that is in the carb balance family that is 110 calories. This one comes in at 70 calories per serving. You will not be disappointed!

Point Values:

Better Balance: 1

Sugar Smart: 1

Carb Conscious: 2

Conquer Cravings: 1

Calorie Command: 70 calories

4. Liviva Organic Black Bean Pasta-Fettucine

I have a daughter with Celiac disease and finding gluten-free pasta options are a must for us. She wasn’t a fan of these because its made from Black Beans. I was somewhat cautious to try this because the only pasta I had ever known was the traditional boxed pasta that is 0.99 cents at your local grocery store. A great bonus is that it cooks so much quicker than regular pasta. If you’re looking for something a little more healthy but craving pasta, this is a great choice! Liviva makes all different flavors and styles of pasta.

5. Green Giant Riced Veggies- Cauliflower Risotto Medley

Last but not least, Cauliflower Risotto Medley by Green Giant! I absolutely love that Green Giant has followed the riced cauliflower trend by creating products that aren’t just plain and boring. You can use this as a legitimate side dish for just about any dinner!
